Wikipedia gave knowledge a home. Open source gave software a home. Civic action has none.
Find a meaningful local action that fits your values, do it, and discover the people already doing it nearby. Small acts, joined up, become the Common Good.

The Zeedling® Charta
A promise like this needs limits we can't quietly change.
These are our ten rules — protected from override.
- We are a global grassroots movement that starts from where people are. Not from where they should be.
- Actions can be qualitative and quantitative. Because not all what can be measured counts. And not all what counts can be measured. And our focus is on people.
- We follow the science, and update when the science updates.
- Real names only. Words shape reality. Accountability starts with identity and responsible communication.
- Everyone is welcome. We spend our energy on people acting, not on convincing those working against us.
- We use AI, gamification, and social technology to reach the 25% tipping point. Independent ethical board oversees data, AI, and gamification. Audited Ethical Coding score minimum 8.5/10 (today >9/10).
- When community acts around the same issues, a collective voice emerges. We use that voice to advocate for change, transparently and in the open.
- Surveillance-advertising companies cannot become shareholders. We choose our investors as carefully as our partners.
- Maximum 12× salary ratio. Bonuses equal for everyone and capped. Lowest salary guarantees a decent living. Remuneration committee reviews annually.
- 50% of profits → 40% renewable energy + 10% local projects. 50% of profits → shareholders.
Status, May 2026: prototype in private testing. The Charta's governance instruments — ethical board, audit cadence, profit distribution — are being formalised before public launch. For correspondence: filip@zeedling.org
